The Eldoret Technical Training Institute wishes to inform ALL students who qualified for the awards of Diplomas and Certificate in 2022/2023 Academic year that the 9th Graduation Ceremony will be held on Friday 15th December, 2023 commencing at 8:30 A.M. at the Central Primary School Grounds
All graduands and invited guests are advised to be seated by 8:00 A.M. The Ministry of Health Covid-19 protocols and guidelines will be adhered to.
Confirmation and Fees
All graduands are expected to confirm that they have met all requirements for graduation including payment of all fees. They are required to check their status with the respective schools or departments by Friday, 17th November, 2023.
All graduands will be required to pay graduation fees of 3,000 Kenya shillings. The payments should be made through:

Rehearsals
The rehearsal is an integral part of the Graduation Ceremony. All graduands intending to participate in the ceremony MUST attend the rehearsal at the Central Primary School Ground on Thursday 14th December, 2023 at 2.00 P.M.
Graduation Attire
All graduands, Guests, Head of Departments and Management, Alumni representative will be required to be in official academic dress during the ceremony. The academic gowns will be collected on Thursday 14th December, 2023 upon clearance of the graduation fees.
All gowns must be returned by Wednesday 20th December, 2023, thereafter a daily penalty of Kshs. 500 will be charged.
Collection of Completion Certificate
All graduands are required to collect their course completion certificate and transcripts upon return of their gowns and upon clearing all other requirement including fees at the examination office
Enquiries
It is the responsibility of each graduand to confirm his/her graduation status, accuracy and order of names and financial status from the accounts/ internal examination office. Only those students who meet all the requirements for graduation will be included in the graduation list.
